  1. Boy you gotta love the spirit there … You ARE being fair and recording — if even there are any — those you like rather less? i.e., what does the right wing sound like in Boulder … ? My favorites — “Wag more, bark less” and “The most violent element in society is ignorance.” Amen just about all of it! Thanks, rakkity!

  2. I’ve been pretty honest about including bumper stickers I don’t like. A number of republican-style bumper stickers do appear in Boulder from time to time, and I’ve included them, but such are from out of town (I can tell by the numbers on the plate), so the out of town ones aren’t included in my sample. Nonetheless, even in the red parts of Colorado now, the number of Bush-Cheney stickers is a tiny fraction of the total. After all, Colorado is a genuine blue state now. Of course, Boulder is a near pure cerulean enclave.

BTW, Adam, how did you get that link to work? I can’t use it to get to my Picasa album!

  3. How else would I have named my two favorites … ? The link seems to work just fine.

Glad you’re open to all witticisms — I guess I was wondering if the right were any wittier out west …

  4. When I saw this one, “Guiliani and McCain 2008″, early last year, I wondered if it was a joke or if some Republicans were serious. Then was “Republicans for Voldemort” by a digruntled right-winger or a sarcastic left-winger? Recently I saw a “McCain & Palin” sticker, and it seemed to be on a Boulder County car, but I haven’t added it yet.
