The New Corner
Matt and Sarah T found this year’s tree at John Lewis’ favorite farm, Cucurbit. The next day they decorated it which might mark the first year that job hasn’t been left to Susan. I came in too late to take a photo that included Sarah, but note the whimsical addition at the bottom right.
Christmas Frog was such a cool addition that when I saw it in person this week I stoppped at KMart and bought the last one. It lights up dusk-to-dawn on one of our front patio bushes.

Frog? I thought that was an iguana and was going to suggest a fur-trimmed sombrero … Pretty funny either way — as is the Miller elf on high; not that anything (besides his father) scares Mattman, but the composition reads a little like an elephant stand-in avoiding a reptilian mouse stand-in.
