Odd—I’d call those tulips red, but they look almost the same color as the carrot juice, which is clearly orange. Do the different backgrounds trick the eye?

More orange as they are in this photo and less red than in the photo below which is sunlit. But then the carrot juice is more orange than in the photo.
Here’s another one, in my softbox, but with more directed artificial light:
