I fired up Stellarium (nice program!) and saw that Venus and Saturn are very close together now. But on June 30, they’ll be even closer–within one degree. So Mike & his co-weekenders should find a sunset view (if one exists in tree-choked New England!) next Saturday and see this nice conjunction.
