Nadler’s Potluck
We had another one of those potluck dinners last night, this time at the Nadlers. There were too many people scattered through too many rooms for a group photo, so here’s a mini gallery . On the whole, (my apologies to Lorraine for the final frame) I think they’re pretty good candid images, but I did miss Mark Schreiber as he arrived just as everyone was leaving.
SUPER tasty spread, some truly fine wines, and very good company! It was heinous of us to keep walking out the door Mark had just walked in, but inertia was not swayed by such considerations. I hope Mark stayed a bit and availed himself of the leftovers (which rather surpassed a chicken bone — and even included dessert!). Some nice reds lingered, too …

Mark told me he stayed for the after-hours entertainment which consisted of a lively political debate between Jerry S, Jen, and Lorraine.
Yes, I did impress upon him how good the food was.

I thank all who came. I enjoyed myself immensely.
Someone left a very nice baking sheet here, which I will save until it is claimed, and if no one does I’ll bring it to the next event.

I’m sorry I’m late commenting and rather absent on the whole as of late. It was a great night, and yes very spirited towards the end. Someone take the red wine out of my hand next time!
