I can\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t get them to come to my place for anything. I even offer them wine.\u00e2\u20ac\u009d<\/p>\n<p>\u00e2\u20ac\u0153Bunch of dead heads. How can you put up with that?\u00e2\u20ac\u009d I began playing to my audience of one, Diane.<\/p>\n<p>As we drove away I asked about entertainment.<\/p>\n<p>\u00e2\u20ac\u0153There hasn\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t been any. One person sang old songs and Rick might be coming next week, but other than that&#8230; .\u00e2\u20ac\u009d<\/p>\n<p>\u00e2\u20ac\u0153What are you paying all that money for?\u00e2\u20ac\u009d<\/p>\n<p>\u00e2\u20ac\u0153They did have a birthday party with cake and ice cream. It was for the January birthdays. They have parties for everything.\u00e2\u20ac\u009d<\/p>\n<p>Ah, the contradiction. Diane pounced. \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Wait a minute. How can they have a party for everything and you say it\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s dead?\u00e2\u20ac\u009d <\/p>\n<p>\u00e2\u20ac\u0153Oh, those are just parties.\u00e2\u20ac\u009d<\/p>\n<p>I jumped back in, \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Flo, if you think it\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s dead at your place, try ours.\u00e2\u20ac\u009d<\/p>\n<p>Flo didn\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t hear me, but Diane laughed so hard, Flo asked what it was I said.<\/p>\n<p>\u00e2\u20ac\u0153I said, if you think it\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s dead at Concord Park, you should try our house.\u00e2\u20ac\u009d<\/p>\n<p>\u00e2\u20ac\u0153Whenever I call, no one answers.\u00e2\u20ac\u009d<\/p>\n<p>\u00e2\u20ac\u0153That\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s because we are all in bed, \u00e2\u20ac\u0153 Diane answered.<\/p>\n<p>\u00e2\u20ac\u0153No.  Diane is in bed and Matt\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s out and that leaves me with nothing to do. Our place is like a tomb.\u00e2\u20ac\u009d<\/p>\n<p>We arrived at St. Bridget&#8217;s after the usual, \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Where are we?\u00e2\u20ac\u009d from Flo, and, \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Oh, he\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s taking the back roads,\u00e2\u20ac\u009d from Diane and the, \u00e2\u20ac\u0153I didn\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t know it was this far,\u00e2\u20ac\u009d from Flo.  I pulled up to the door and there were four women waiting outside.
