We&#8217;d been here years ago when invited by Adam and Tricia, and, quite naturally, jumped at <a href=\"https:\/\/mainecourse.com\/blog_photos\/bailey_island\/album\/\" target=\"_blank\"> this<\/a> most recent offer.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">With every ocean visit we wonder why we didn&#8217;t invest in property twenty-five years ago. Shacks with a view sell for nearly a half million.
