The problem with his early work is that his paint fades, as it has here. <\/p>\n<p><a class=\"imagelink\" href=\"https:\/\/mainecourse.com\/mt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/02\/grohe_niagara.jpg\" title=\"grohe_niagara.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" id=\"image1840\" src=\"https:\/\/mainecourse.com\/mt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/02\/grohe_niagara.thumbnail.jpg\" alt=\"grohe_niagara.jpg\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>I was delighted to catch this woman with her stroller because she looks like she&#8217;s in the painting.<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"imagelink\" href=\"https:\/\/mainecourse.com\/mt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/02\/grohe_me.jpg\" title=\"grohe_me.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" id=\"image1841\" src=\"https:\/\/mainecourse.com\/mt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/02\/grohe_me.thumbnail.jpg\" alt=\"grohe_me.jpg\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>See, she&#8217;s gone now. <\/p>\n<p><a class=\"imagelink\" href=\"https:\/\/mainecourse.com\/mt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/02\/the_falls.jpg\" title=\"the_falls.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" id=\"image1842\" src=\"https:\/\/mainecourse.com\/mt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/02\/the_falls.thumbnail.jpg\" alt=\"the_falls.jpg\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Given that I was in the area, I decided to walk over and visit the real thing. I haven&#8217;t seen the falls in forty-two years and I&#8217;m really happy I happened by in the winter.
