Matthew wasn\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t as excited about the mountain climb as I , so, in an attempt to rally support, I called Robby\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s dad to see if he was okay with my taking his son up Monadnock in the snow. \u00e2\u20ac\u0153As long as you get Robby to wear warm clothes.\u00e2\u20ac\u009d I emailed Karen, Chris\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s mom, and she wrote back that Chris needed to study for mid-terms which begin
\nThursday, and had to work at 4:30 that afternoon. I then called Robby, it was about 9:30 AM, and I assumed his cell would forward to an answering service. Instead, Robby answered and I could hear a voice in the background.<\/p>\n
