The Search
This seems like a nice place for all of us to work together. I’m posting photos of cairns because John Barnnard suggested that I look for them.That’s because outside of Peter’s house, on the perimeter, are cairns. Right now I’m about a half a mile above the water tower walking up a stream bed.
By the way I am posting from my phone using an application that works with WordPress so go easy on me. You know punctuation,literacy, all that stuff

Not that I want you to do anything dangerous – but can you get up on the water tower and look around with the binoculars?
Also, and this may seem obvious, but look on the ground right near the cairns. Often people leave scapes of tissue, candy wrappers or something when they stop and rest during a hike….

Hooray for the blog! I have been missing this in my life for a while now.
Thanks for keeping us updated. I do wish I could have joined you in this adventure. I owe you one.
I keep coming back to the thought that this would make for a really amazing writing activity for us all – we all have to have the same opening paragraph with the basic background story, and follow it by each writing our own version of what happens when you head our on this trip. I’d love to see where our imaginations take us, probably in very different directions.
