It looks like he might be trying to turn left in a no-left-turn zone…? But then again, it might just be the sun that makes it look like his turn signal is on.

I make that to be a brake light (LED), with the right one out (top middle brake bar is on as well). Unremarkable, I think, and the plate “message” was the draw last time. If so, though, it eludes me, too … The jpeg’s title, though, is “icar”, probably a clue. I’m thinking (hoping) that perhaps the fact that he can send the picture at all may mean he’s recovered his iPhone … Or perhaps he took this with another phone, but the dark, rounded object barely poking out of the dashboard slot is his until-then-recognized hitherto-missing iPhone … ? Other than that, I give.
…Matthew Miller, Blogmeister Miller, and most of all, Senor El Kib, for relinquishing his equally right answer (right brake light out). Master Kib gets one
point of a gold star for his efforts.

Matt, who didn’t get home from Lesley College last night until ten, tells me that La Rad is the winner.

Besides bragging rights, what does La Rad win?
