I sighed when I saw the bow man in the aluminum canoe. I’m trying to sell my 16-foot Grumman (sob). I have many fond memories of paddles in it across lakes like that one, and would like to use it in the future, but it’s a bit too cumbersome to take to Colorado along with furniture. If I don’t get a buyer, maybe I should take it up to Spoons Pond and lock it to a tree with a combination lock…
