I’ve been out of town the past week. Mrs rakkity, I and KT went to see New Yolk, Disnie Woild, The Grande Canaloni, and Gay Paree in a whirlwind tour. And it only cost us $1.00 in quarters.

All right, I’ll ‘fess up. We were going to fly out to see my 95-year old dad in Calif for a week, when KT & Beth popped up and said, “Why not stop in Vegas along the way?” So we flew there, spent a couple hours gawking, then drove the rest of the way out through the Mohave desert to the LA area. It was a fine trip (particularly the desert), and my dad enjoyed our visit.
OK, define “gawking.” It can’t be as innocent as you imply. Give us some dirt!
Well, Mrs rakkity did do some gambling. She lost 4 quarters in a one-armed bandit, and quit. I wandered around in one of the casinos looking at all the faces of the gamblers. Not a single smile. Everyone looked like they were at a funeral. If I had seen a smile, I’d have taken a picture. But who wants a shot of a zombie? That’s all there were, just zombies.
