Belching Volcanoes

Hi Mike,

This gallery starts out with one of the most amazing NIGHT time exposures. There’s a blue sky with stars, and spectacular clouds over and around an active volcano. The subsequent shots aren’t too shabby either.–rakkity

  3. Amazing photo Rakkity…expecially arriving at my eyeballs the morning after I watched the TV factual drama, Supervolcano, (on Nature) where the mega-caldera under Yellowstone Park erupts for a 4th time in present-day.

Recommend the program. For a much deadlier “gray” eruption, look here.

  4. Running from the grey smoke reminds me of our Allagash Lake trip.
