Boulder’s Murals
Mike,
Every week or so, I discover another mural in Boulder–usually on the outside of a wall, sometimes on the inside of a restaurant or a store. There’s a few more murals that I haven’t managed to photograph, but there are enough now on my camera disk to make an entertaining collection.
Enjoy the free-spirited artists of Boulder!

(P.S. An album of Glacier National Park’s high country is in the works, and will come to the blog before Aug 30, my “drop-dead” date.)
I give. The mountains, the weather, the politics, the bronze, and the people were all tasty bait, but the murals remind me of the sixties, which is the past, which is where I want to be. We’ll begin packing today.

But right here in Acton at the Willow Book Store, you can also live in the sixties, with Peter Yarrow. Was it fun? (I spent the evening on the phone, on sibling issues. I’d rather have spent it with Puff.)

We were happily locked into our usual Friday routine of sushi then Willow and had no idea Mr. Yarrow was entertaining a goodly portion of Actonians. He still has a nice voice and we did see him, but the store was quite crowded and our interests lay elsewhere, so Diane paid for Updike’s Terrorist and we left.
Probably redundant, but did you know that The History of Love remains as one of Diane’s all time favorites and thanks to her, or really you, Matthew, Diane’s sister, Susan, and countless others have also enjoyed it.
Funny video where Mary has to fight for the microphone.

Thanks! Glad to be of service.
Was that Paul who so held the interest of the camera-person? None of the comments (on the first 3 or so pages) picked up on Mary having to fight for the mic. You should say something!
