My sense of it is that with that videocamera in his hand (and I’m wondering what camera it is, actually, given that Brian took back the one we used during prom season), Michael had a cloak of invisibility — or at least unapproachability. Which was a polite quarantine of sorts, given his undiagnosed malady (note the spotless plate … ).
So much happy good fortune to go around! Plenty Norman Rockwell enough on the outside, however messy the individual realities. Thanks for sharing the various takes on The Day. Pass the leftovers!
Ivan and Avery are adorable. These were fun to see. I’m still pooped two days after the fact. Like that photo of you and Matt. And howled at “me” in your thanksgiving photo Michael! The “Me” being your empty chair.
