Hilary just showed me Debbie, Sarah, Hannah, Courtney, Kathy and Daryl’s face books (or whatever they call them) off in their own worlds with their new friends. It seems so strange to see only one face in each crowd that I recognize. Each looks like they’ve been friends for a lifetime the way they are hugging and mugging for the camera. Isn’t it amazing how they can adjust to such a major life change so whole heartedly and completely? And isn’t it equally amazing that the older we get the more resistant to change we become? Hilary and Daryl were home again this weekend and it is always a breath of fresh air and happiness to see them.
