Susan arrived yesterday as I was putting dinner on the table. Matt did his caged lion act, forced to sit with us twice as long as normal. After dinner, he bolted to Willow Books while we went to – where else? – EricksonÃs Ice-cream .
So THAT’s when Eriksons opens each Spring — the day that Susan gets here……..

Same reaction as ice cream lover. I didn’t know it was open. Now if the temp could get above 60 degrees my maple walnut awaits.
Tonight it’s dropping to 39 degrees, but still not cold enough to produce Torroemore “daffocicles.” But I say, any weather is the right weather for ice cream.
