Perfect picture for Easter, little girls dancing in their Spring finery.

Hilary, as ever, looking exactly like herself. What a self!
When Matt was very small, about 18 months, he went through a period of calling himself, “Self”, e.g. “Self goes up the stairs.” Unlike his doppelganger, Hil, he spoke at 9 months, although no one called them words but me. He had 9 words at nine months.
That lovely picture (of Hil’s twin on John’s back) described an experience Matt called “Bach” which meant eating an apple on Johnny’s back while Johnny mowed the lawn. The experience most often involved dropping the sogging apple remnants on Johnny’s neck while Matthew fell into a snooze.

It’s great to get the bach-story on the lawn pals photo. (I was still trying to figure out if it could possibly be la chica.) (jk) The back of my neck is soggy, and I’m counting laps until I can take the pack off.

Anyone would feelbetter after looking at those darling litle girls and I do. Just had a bath assisted by partly Cherokee girl with spectacularly greenihgrey eyes. Great pleasure and good feelings afterward. There are lots of Cherokee people in this area. I went to college with one from Oklahoma whose grandmother sent her to Cottey on oil rights money. She had those marvelous green eyes, too.
