haha, my birthday was june 28th, as cel could tell you because its our JOINT BIRTHDAY! (i¥m older by 7 hours, if you cared).
the weather here has been really nice. a little warm for us both, but weÂ¥re adjusting. yesterday matt and i were sitting and he suddenly jumped – apparently he had a cold shiver because yesterday was relatively cold. it was only 75 degrees or so! its interesting to say the least. it rained a little the first few days we were here, but apparently theyÂ¥re having a bit of a draught… which is bad. very very bad.
so, email me too! people are emailing matt, and i feel so left out! sun_moon_and_hilly@hotmail.com. i love email. 🙂
much love to everyone, and i¥m curious what our wonderful president has been up to since the last week of june. i havent seen the newspaper since june 23rd (due to the fact that i was at various quaker things before that).
also, the abogados (mike and judy) that are living at my house are AWESOME. mike and i had a long talk about religion, quakerism, suburbs, and hicks yesterday during lunch and before dinner him, me and matt talked about global problems, nicaragua, guatemala, simplicity, communities, and the media. and more!

tengan un buen dia, and 3 of the chicas and the mother of his family sang happy birthday to him… in english. it was, apparently, adorable.
we¥re going out to dinner tonight, and might go dancing too, if we do what i want. which we probably will. i think its too much energy to argue with me at this point.

We all like long comments, Hil. I feel like the skinny bearded cartoon character crawling across the desert in search of water. I can’t get enough, and I can’t get enough details of your lives. That despite the fact Matt has provided more information about his daily doings in the last four days than he has in the previous fifteen years.
I love the list of subjects you talked to Mike about. Especially “hicks,” something I know quite a bit about.
