Minnesota to visit Jimmy and Susan. I think it used to be and may still be,
more times than years he is old.

Diane asked me the other night if I knew where this photograph was. I said, no, but that IÃd look. We have unlabeled boxes of pictures in various places, that contain unlabeled photo envelopes, in which are unlabeled photos. I knew it would be a fun hunt, but a time consuming one. How time consuming, I could never have guessed. It was in the same box of photos as those below, of the Candee sisters and the BMW. In a closet in GingerÃs house.
Photo taken in our apartment on Beacon St. in Somerville, and because there is no simple description on the back, I going to guess the year is 1973. Btw, rakkity lived with us in that apartment. And as I recall, we were responsible for him meeting his wife, Beth, his near death experience in front of that house, and his successful career as a solar astronomer. (How right you are, Beth, encouragement, we don’t need)
A closer look at the braided cook
Matt’s first visit was the summer of his first birthday. He has visited us every summer since then, save one. He has also been here for one Christmas and one Easter. So, the total number of times we have had the pleasure of his company in our home is: age plus one.

In case child protective services is monitoring this site, Matt was always required to wear a life vest when out in the boat. We had returned from a successful fishing trip, and he ran into the cabin to get the photographer. He must have removed his vest before returning to show the world his first northern pike.

Those are not cupcakes, shinydome, they are Adelle Davis muffins, 2 pounds each of whole wheat, brewer’s yeast, yogurt, bananas and blueberries and godknowswhatall.(But look at how healthy I looked.)
And how fetching the three in the fish photo. I remember that pride of fish, and I remember when Jimmy was a pepper.
