Golden Years
Photo of Chris’s grandparents-in-law circa 1930.
They didn’t have great means but what a classy photo. Both lived well into
their 90’s. Though as he used to say “the golden years…they’re not so
golden”.

Those are expressions you donÃt see anymore, especially hers. I think in those days people better understood how to pose for a photographer. And their wedding clothes – elegant – reminds me a little bit of what Diane and I wore back in 1984, or was it ë83?
