Christmas Eve Chez the Downing-Laughland Clan
We were a festive eleven at the Christmas Eve table, thanks to Lorna and Griff’s coming up from Florida. We may have outnumbered the Texas clan for once.
Missed the Jims and Greg, and the newest extended family members, Kevin and Dee. That’s Pat’s backside.
We too prepared a batch of Frank Canning eggnog, and had several appreciative takers.
Sixteen expected on Christmas Day!
Thanks for the backside illumination. That would have been my first question. Now, let’s see, as we move around the table, clockwise: Sarah, Becca, Linda, Polly, Lorna (Lin’s sister), Andrew (Lin’s brother), with his wife Barbara, cousin Margery, and Griff, husband of Lorna.

Sigh… All that good food and I missed out. I should have been there! What was for dinner anyway? It looks yummy. Merry Christmas all!

I forgot to comment on that Egg Nog. Perhaps I won’t. Pass the wine please…
