Posted by Helen.Well, with her and Matt looking so much alike at 6 - 12 months, there'd have to be someone else in his family that she also looks like. But I don't think that was a common expression. Or maybe it's just odd to have it in stop motion.

There is no doubt that Susan wore that expression on more than one occasion. When she did, it meant:
I have the most wonderful secret wish. And if I close my eyes, I can see it come true.
La Madre:
Although Hil does not look like Susan -- except maybe for her coloring -- I believe they are kindred spirits in many ways, which may be what Helen sees in the picture.
